JOB DESCRIPTION
Opening for an experienced Ag Equipment Service Manager. Duties to include answering customer phone calls, scheduling jobs, preparing repair orders, estimating cost of repairs, obtaining customer approval of estimates; answer questions and concerns as needed, filing warranty claims. Position may also include looking up parts on a computer and helping service personnel get the parts they need. This position requires a good working knowledge of farm equipment, good people skills, basic computer and typing skills, and the ability to solve problems.
